Who are we and what we offer?

For the past 23 years, we provide our clients with up-to-date, skilled, young and motivated manpower through structured, cost-efficient options in Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc and Pécs. Most of our current clients are related to technology and IT fields, however we also provide manpower for office, administrative and other traditional student tasks. Our clients can also count on us for professional manpower reinforcements in case of any sudden unexpected tasks either temporarily or for specific projects. We also offer solutions when a task doesn’t require full-time experts or manpower. We manage all the related administrative tasks from A to Z. Our clients only have to raise an invoice. To facilitate and ease the workflow there is also an online portal available for our students and clients. We use e-invoices to simplify the billing process for our clients.

How to find the best candidate?

After gathering all the necessary details and requirements from our clients, we select and provide a suitable candidate through a multi-stage process. We have an exhaustive, continuously updated workforce database consisting of thousands of people. Most of our workforce are senior students with flexible timings and different motivations studying at various universities in the country. The curriculum of the practice-focused trainings is constantly updated according to market expectations and we also mentor our student workforce in developing their communication and social skills. We can strongly claim that our employees have state-of-art knowledge and that their motivation and dynamic personalities will help our clients make efficient and effective progress.
